And We're Back!

Hi everyone! Thanks to Oma and Opah's AWESOME birthday gift, I finally am able to download the pictures from my camera to the computer to share with everyone!!! So BIG thank you to Dave and Gail! Since it has been quite a while since I have posted any pictures I'm going to start with pictures from May and try to update you on our family over the next couple of days....
Ok, so this is in mid May when Alida was enjoying pulling herself up on furniture, and, of course, talking on her phone :)

Cousin Therese showed Alida how to walk with her walker, so Alida loved cruising around the house on her own two feet!

We went to the beach for memorial weekend with my cousins and grandparents. Adam and Alida had fun flying our kite!

Ok, so that brings us up to the end of June....(Isn't it crazy how much Alida's hair grows?!) I'll be posting more in the next couple of days!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Wow! I don't know where to begin with all that has been going on this past week, so I'll let the pictures do the talking... We certainly have been enjoying our extra time with Adam during this Christmas break from school and the extra days that he's gotten to have off of work for the holidays! Christmas 2013

Adam asked me how my blog has been going the other day.... which reminded me that I haven't written or posted pictures in quite some time! So here's a look back at Christmas for your viewing pleasure! This is Christmas morning One of Alida's first noisy electronic gifts; thanks grandma and grandpa!  Alida in her new Christmas dress from Oma and Opah! :) One happy little girl! Daughter's Day

 Today is National Daughter's Day so I thought I'd fill today's post with pictures of our daughter, the one who made us parents, Alida! This beautiful girl is definitely her own person. She's sweet, stubborn, artistic, giving, and incredibly loving. We are so blessed to have her as our daughter!  Before braces... And after!
